Jacqueline Miller- Contributing graphic designer
A newbie to Salt Lake City, Jacqueline is all about adventuring and discovering all aspects of the area— food, local culture, activities, outdoor festivals, etc. She is always on the lookout for fabulous local products. When not on a discovery adventure outing, she acts as a communications consultant and graphic designer creating everything from logos to animations to book layouts to social media plans. Her website is JacquelineTMiller.com. Regardless of adventuring or working she is 100% geek-elite and can pretty much answer any nerd-tastic question regarding comics, zombies, gaming, cinema, unicorns and a bunch of other things.

I was born and raised in Salt Lake City, UT. I went to school at BYU-Hawaii for a few semesters where I met my husband then later graduated from the U of U. We spent 10 years in Tucson, AZ and recently moved back to Salt Lake with a job transfer. I loved Tucson but after being away from Salt Lake City I came to appreciate how great this city really is. I am a wife and mother of three boys and write about our adventures on my blog http://www.4men1lady.com/
Tavia McGrath- Contributing photographer
Tavia McGrath was born and raised in Utah and has lived in Sugarhouse for the last 10 years with her husband, two fun and adventurous kids and a houseful of pets. Her love of photography began nearly 20 years ago when she inherited a small Olympus camera. “I was never any good at drawing of painting so photography became my art.”
Tavia’s photos have been published in several local publications, and she recently completed a series of photographs of her most favorite sites around Sugarhouse.
Tavia’s latest venture is her handmade flower business in which she makes flowers from fabric, felt, lace and vintage buttons from her grandma’s collection to put on headbands, clips, hats, etc. She gets to use her photography skills too by taking photos of her daughter modeling her work! Her creations can be seen at
