By Victoria Saley from obSEUSSed

One of our favorite annual holiday traditions is viewing the Live Nativity in the Glen.

Get there early. The line gets long but is worth it. Bring some non-perishable food to donate to the Utah Food Bank. Enjoy free hot cocoa and bread.

This experience transports you back to different world and time. Pass by the guards as you wind your way down a hill into the city of Bethlehem. Wander around the village market to find a treat. Huddle around the fire pit while you listen to live choirs. You'll often notice live camels or donkeys along the luminary-lit path. Look up to the star to lead you to the stable where you’ll find Mary, Joseph and the Christ Child laying in a manger. Listen to the story of Jesus’ birth as you view the shepherds with their sheep on the hill and the wise men bringing gifts. This magical experience will help you feel the spirit of Christmas.
