Salt Cake City specializes in custom cake designs with a focus on handmade fondant. This fondant isn't your typical fondant, it's made from powdered sugar and marshmallow and tastes great, unlike a typical fondant. They offer a wide variety of flavors and can customize each cake just for you.

Salt Cake City also offers cake classes, where students learn basic caking skills, tips and techniques. 
It's completely hands on and students will leave with their own cake. All supplies needed will be provided.
The class sizes are limited allowing each student personalized help and instruction.
